Whey protein is not an option for me (at all). I do not drink cow’s milk so using a supplement that has dairy/animal protein is completely out of the question. Back when I used to drink milk on the regular, I noticed that my body was at my worst. I used to suffer from constant breakouts (my skin was a hot mess). Drinking cow’s milk also caused me to gain weight and losing weight was a big challenge. Drinking dairy regularly left me always bloated and breaking out.
It’s been 6 years without milk and to my surprise it is not something I miss at all! Looking for the best protein is something I have struggled with for a while. Most of the vegan protein supplements that I have tried have not impressed me at all. At least until now…
Finding the Genuine Health Fermented Vegan Protein has been ahhhhmaaazing! This is the only protein that I have tried that has not upset my stomach or caused other negative side effects such as bloating, constipation, gas etc. (aha you know I have to let you know). L-Glutamine has so many health benefits. I take it for two reasons:

Taking L-Glutamine can be great for stomach health and muscle repair. People with leaky gut have found that it helps with the symptoms. I add it to my smoothies and it doesn’t change the consistency or flavor.

Some of the L-Glutamine out there has shellfish (which can have traces of toxic heavy metals). Most of the L-Glutamine you can find online or at the store is made from wheat. Wheat is hard to digest and any powder made from wheat will have a low amount of L-Glutamine (who likes to be ripped off? Not me).
How can you tell premium quality L-Glutamine from the cheap stuff? Premium quality powder should be pure white without any other coloring. Avoid any yellowish or brown L-Glutamine powder. These powders have harmful fillers and are low quality.
I don’t believe in saving money to buy cheaper products that will at best give me mediocre to no results. -Especially if its something that is going into my body, I want it to be the best quality there is.
